625 Avenue of the Americas Case Study
625 Avenue of the Americas was not just an empty space but an opportunity—walls lined with whiteboards waiting to be transformed. Rather than designing the traditional marketing brochure, our design team embraced the unconventional, using the whiteboards as a canvas for hand-drawn stacking plans, tenant logos, and illustrations that captured the neighborhood’s energy.
What started as simple progress videos evolved into a compelling visual journey, highlighting the organic, collaborative nature of our process. The temporary whiteboard art added a sense of uniqueness and authenticity, making the space feel alive. When brokers and clients entered, their expectations of a typical commercial space were shattered by an interactive, immersive experience that left a lasting impression. After securing a tenant, I led the production of a video case study to showcase not just what we did, but why it mattered. The video production process included storyboarding, coordinating broker interviews, and partnering with our videographer/editor and other designers to deliver a high-quality video case study. The final product captured our ability to see opportunities where others saw obstacles, transforming limitations into creative marketing that resonated, inspired, and delivered results.
What began as whiteboard walls became a testament to the power of embracing the unexpected.
